{"description": "We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP techno functional engineer to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle ERP solutions across the organization. This role combines hands-on technical leadership , solution architecture , and team management , ensuring Oracle ERP applications align with business requirements, performance standards, and security best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and/or technical expertise in Oracle ERP (EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud), systems, with 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP (SaaS) in an Enterprise level environment in Financials and/ or Supply Chain applications. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant enterprise processes. Key Responsibilities * Configure, support, and enhance Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules * Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions. Document business and technical requirements for data migration, data integration, and reporting * Strong experience and knowledge within Oracle Cloud Financial subledger modules such as GL, AR, AP, CE, FA, Expenses, and Procurement. Specific expertise in AP and scanning is preferred. * Provide functional and technical support for core ERP processes * Lead or support ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations * Design and maintain system configurations, setups, and master data * Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis * Develop and maintain reports, integrations, and extensions * Collaborate with developers, integration teams, and third-party vendors * Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements * Understanding of Oracle EBS 12.2 architecture and underlying data structures and relationships. * Extensive experience with RDBMS (Oracle) and ability to develop complex queries and codes using SQL & PL/SQL. * Strong working experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS Reporting Tools i.e., BI report, Report Builder, XML Publisher * Hands-on-Experience on and REST API based web service calling Oracle cloud ERP, Data Conversions, Interfaces and Extensions * Should be proficient with Oracle Cloud ERP BPM (workflow and approval configuration), Oracle workflow builder, Approvals (AME), and Unix scripting. * Knowledge in version control and migration tools like GIT and RTC. Soft Skills Proven experience leading technical teams and projects Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience working with cross-functional and global teams Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure to J2EE technologies like ADF and OAF, for customizations and building custom-application development. Database tuning to simplify complex codes. Oracle Cloud ERP Certifications. Technical skills in PL/SQL, APIs, REST/SOAP services Experience with cloud migration or ERP modernization initiatives Communication Skills * Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills is a must. * Organized, motivated, self-directed, and highly independent. * Strong team player with the interpersonal skills..
