AI / GenAI Developer

We are looking for an innovative and driven AI / GenAI Developer to join our team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building next-generation conversational platforms using Agentic AI, ChatGPT, and RAG-based architectures.

As part of a forward-thinking initiative, you will help shape and deliver conversational web experiences, contributing not only through high-quality development but also by bringing fresh ideas that inspire both technical teams and business stakeholders., * Design and develop intelligent chatbot and conversational AI solutions

• Build and implement Agentic AI and GenAI applications using modern frameworks
• Work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Develop scalable backend systems using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms, particularly Azure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance user experience and business value

• 6-8 years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Exposure to AI / GenAI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, LLMs, RAG frameworks)
• Experience with Azure Cloud services
• Familiarity with chatbot development and conversational interfaces
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and innovate
