Develop and ship software features across web, backend, or platform layers

Translate product requirements into technical implementations

Write automated tests and maintain code quality across releases

Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and technical debt proactively

Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and QA to deliver on sprint commitments

Document technical decisions and contribute to team knowledge bases
Requirements
Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language

Experience developing and deploying production-grade applications

Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns

Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)

Ability to work independently in a remote-first, async environment

Strong communication skills and a bias toward shipping
