Job description
The Senior Business Analyst, HR Services Audit & Compliance (Temporary), will assist in the execution of FME's compliance program through aligning and rolling-out our HR Services Audit & Compliance program. The role will undertake activities to prevent, detect and respond to emerging risk. The role with partner with global and local teams to define and implement controls, drive third-party management, audits and follow up on remediation measures., * GIA audit intake and coordination for HR Services (HR Managers, HR Operations, Payroll Operations)
- Responsible for global internal controls design and implementation for HR Services
- Review local HRS internal controls in alignment to global design and determine if need to remain as local controls
- Oversee local country-specific controls
- Administer periodic audit of Workday, Payroll and Time & Attendance security roles
- Collaborate with teams to solution audit findings
- Oversee, coordinate and report corporate HR risk management semi-annually
- Design and coordinate pre-audit readiness assessment procedures; executed quarterly
- Create business management and communication plans for data security incidents (i.e., data breach, data loss)
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Bachelor`s level completed
- Advanced English level
- 5-6 year of experience in HR or Compliance/Audit, but HR knowledge and experience is required.
- Collaborative person, supportive, active, dynamic and very energetic.
- Used to work with many stakeholders. HR background, compliance background.
- Experience in multicountry or global scope
