Job description

We are looking for a Senior Security Architect to play a critical role in strengthening and evolving our clients global cybersecurity posture. This is a high-impact, hands-on position where you will assess the current security landscape, define pragmatic architecture improvements, and drive delivery across key areas including cloud security, DevSecOps, and network segmentation. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, working across a complex, global, federated organisation to embed security by design and support the secure adoption of emerging technologies such as AI. Key Responsibilities Lead the assessment and evolution of the organisation's security architectureDevelop and deliver a security architecture roadmap addressing key gaps and technical debt Drive improvements in: Network and cloud segmentationDevSecOps capabilitiesCloud security and data protection (DLP)Provide hands-on architectural guidance across cloud platforms (primarily Azure)Support the selection and optimisation of security tooling (e.g. SASE, cloud security solutions)Embed security by design across projects and technology initiativesContribute to governance and architectural decision-making forumsSupport the secure adoption and governance of AI and emerging technologies

Requirements

You are a pragmatic, hands-on security architect who thrives in environments where you can make a tangible impact.Strong experience designing and implementing end-to-end security architecturesProven expertise in cloud security (Azure preferred)Experience improving or building DevSecOps practicesSolid understanding of network segmentation and identity/access controlsKnowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)Ability to balance technical depth with stakeholder influenceExperience working in complex, distributed or global environments
