Platform Engineer

Build and maintain the internal developer platform including deployment tooling and service templates

• Own Kubernetes cluster management, service mesh configuration, and workload orchestration

• Define and enforce platform standards for observability, logging, and tracing

• Build self-service infrastructure tooling that reduces cognitive load on product engineers

• Manage platform reliability, capacity planning, and performance at scale

• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed controls into the platform

Strong experience with Kubernetes in production environments

• Proficiency with platform tooling - Helm, ArgoCD, Crossplane, or Backstage

• Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service infrastructure

• Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, or Consul)

• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python or Go

• Understanding of cloud-native patterns, GitOps, and platform engineering principles
