Job description

We are hiring a TypeScript Developer to build type-safe, maintainable

applications that run at the core of Joveo's web platform. You will work

across frontend and backend TypeScript codebases - enforcing quality through, Develop and maintain TypeScript-first web applications and services

Define and enforce strict type systems, interfaces, and domain models
Build reusable component libraries and shared TypeScript utilities
Collaborate with backend teams to align on API contracts and schemas
Write automated tests and maintain coverage across TypeScript modules

Requirements

Strong proficiency in TypeScript including generics, utility types, and type guards

Experience with React, Next.js, or similar TypeScript-compatible frameworks
Familiarity with Node.js / Express or NestJS for server-side TypeScript
Understanding of module bundlers, TSConfig optimization, and build tooling
Experience with testing tools (Jest, Vitest, or Playwright)
Attention to type correctness and aversion to any
