Technical Program Manager

Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple engineering workstreams

• Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency maps

• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, and ops

• Identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, and technical dependencies

• Drive clarity on requirements, scope, and trade-offs for complex initiatives

• Report program health, velocity, and status to leadership with precision

Experience managing complex, multi-team technical programs end-to-end

• Solid technical foundation - ability to engage meaningfully with engineers

• Strong understanding of agile and hybrid program delivery methodologies

• Exceptional written and verbal communication for distributed team environments

• Experience with program tracking tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar)

• Ability to hold accountability without direct authority in cross-functional settings
