Job description

As a Release Manager you will own the entire software delivery lifecycle, planning and coordinating releases from development to deployment. You would be responsible to define release scope, schedules, and readiness criteria, while managing dependencies and environments., * Application Governance, Policy Compliance & Controls - Enforce governance processes for changes: documentation, approvals, risk assessment, roll-back plans, recertifications and periodic control activities (e.g., user/role reviews)

  • Audit and Regulatory Readiness - Coordinate external/internal audit requests and ensure timely delivery of required evidence and remediation actions, own escalation and resolution for findings related to non-compliance
  • Disaster Recovery (DR) & Resilience - Plan, conduct, and support
  • Planning, Coordination & Execution - Define release scope, deployment approach, environments, and milestones. Ensure changes follow required workflow and approvals, ensure traceability through tools and documentation
  • Stakeholder Management, Communication & Coordination - Provide regular, structured communication to stakeholders (business, product owners, IT leadership, operations)

Requirements

  • Several years of working experience in big teams, automating deployment, smoke-testing, monitoring, experience setting up SRE tooling
  • Solid understanding of the modern SDLC tool stack, including Bitbucket, Jira, Artifactory, TeamCity, and similar platforms
  • Solid technical background in infrastructure: servers, storages, networks, middleware, databases
  • Hands on experience with tech audit, cloud deployment, GCP in particular
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English
