In the role of a Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will guide the team functionally and work closely with the offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training and in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape., * Rich experience in end-to-end responsibility for the project from planning to deployment and hyper care.
- Project communications, meeting and reporting & governance calls
- Perform root-cause analysis, propose continuous improvement ideas & deliver on a milestone Basis.
- Analyze, identify, propose automation ideas and deliver in needed application areas
- Fully conversant with Ariba project implementation methodologies and different design books from requirement gathering to design.
- Workshop planning for all activities with relevant audience and preparation of workshop content.
- Deliverable planning and monitoring the deliverable as per project phases.
- Requirement Gathering, Analysis and Estimation:
- Facilitate requirement gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, review documentation and sign off
- Lead the estimation for any CR, review the estimates and communicate to all the stakeholders
- Resource Planning and Management:
- Prepare resource plan including people, space, infrastructure and liaison with required groups to fulfill the required project resource requirements
- Team co-ordination and Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate interdependencies across multiple teams within own area, drives convergence across these teams to ensure smooth functioning of the teams of Infosys, customer and SAP Ariba.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solutioning.
- Analyze and constantly improve systems, processes and nature of service being provided to ensure customer delight
- Bring unresolved issues with the client, understand stakeholder views and resolve the issues
- Project Quality Management:
- Identify quality goals and processes with the help from QA and prepare a comprehensive quality plan to ensure high quality delivery. Training team on quality requirement for project not only limiting to deliverables but all aspect of projects.
- Application of the process frameworks like Activate, Agile at project and program level to comply with organizational/client standards
Requirements
experience in SD Module with strong S/4 experience.
- 2-3 E2E S/4 implementation.
- Hands-on experience in Configuration of Org structure, Master data, Sales Document Type, Item Categories, Sales Pricing, Account Determination, SD document Outputs & Forms.
- Must be experienced in designing and deploying Special Procurement scenarios like Subcontracting, Stock Transport Orders, and Consignment process.
- Strong Integration knowledge with other SAP modules MM, FI, PP & QM.
- Experience in an EDI environment and IDoc processing.
- Experience in designing Interfaces with SAP / Non-SAP systems.
- Understanding of warehouse business process.
- Project management experience as SAP SD Lead role managing all stakeholder. Planning, scheduling tracking and monitoring project progress:
- Project planning for Resource, scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and change management
- Allocate work, track and review the project scope, schedule, quality, resource requirements, costs, risks on a periodic basis and take corrective measures, * Ability to support business case evaluation for business transformation
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
- Client Interfacing skills along with Team management skills
