Job description

The team owns and develops the platform capabilities required to deliver secure and resilient connectivity services across cloud and on-premises environments. This includes cloud networking, infrastructure automation, CI/CD enablement, observability, and the automation of network configuration and operational processes. Our mission is to provide reusable, standardized, and automated solutions that reduce manual effort, improve service reliability, and enable faster, safer delivery of infrastructure and connectivity services., * Design, build, and operate cloud-based connectivity solutions that enable secure, reliable, and scalable communication between cloud workloads, on-premises environments, and enterprise services.

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage cloud infrastructure, networking, and platform components in a consistent and automated way.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, repeatable, and efficient software delivery, including infrastructure and network changes.
  • Develop scripts and automation solutions to manage network configuration, provisioning, and operational processes across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Ensure platform reliability, performance, and resilience by implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability best practices.
  • Maintain and evolve platform documentation, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Contribute to the platform roadmap by identifying opportunities to improve automation, reduce operational overhead, and enhance developer experience.
  • Execute stakeholder communication plans, resolves issues, gathers and uses feedback, and strengthens customer and stakeholder relationships., It's ok if some of the technology or terminology mentioned here are new for you. Requirements

  • College or university degree in IT, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years of IT experience.

  • Solid understanding of IP networking and routing protocols is essential.

  • Strong automation and scripting skills, including experience with API integration.

  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including version control systems and CI/CD workflows.

  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English (spoken and written).

  • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) on highly complex, global projects.

  • Proactivity and "team player" attitude, with the ability to lead, mentor and collaborate effectively.

  • Growth mindset focused on continuous learning, improvement and adaptability to change.

  • Passion for the latest technologies and for delivering consumer/business value.
