Job description
We are seeking a highly business-centric Business Technology Partner (BTP) to own and support Corporate Functions, with a primary focus on Procurement and Finance. This role serves as the strategic interface between Corporate leadership and Business Technology, ensuring that technology investments, roadmaps, and delivery outcomes are fully aligned with enterprise financial objectives, governance standards, and global operating models. The BTP is accountable for translating Procurement and Finance strategies into a clear, prioritized Business Technology roadmap; coordinating delivery through global product and technology teams; and ensuring measurable business value through agreed OKRs and performance metrics. This role partners closely with senior leaders across Procurement, Finance, Internal Controls, and Shared Services, as well as Business Technology product, architecture, and delivery teams., * Act as the primary Business Technology point of contact for Corporate Procurement and Finance leadership.
- Develop a deep understanding of Procurement and Finance strategies, operating models, regulatory and control requirements, and transformation priorities.
- Translate business strategy and functional needs into a clear, value-driven Business Technology roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture, global standards, and investment governance.
- Proactively identify, propose, and drive technology-enabled initiatives to improve Procurement and Finance processes, efficiency, controls, and user experience.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of initiatives through global BT product, platform, and delivery teams, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timelines, and outcomes.
- Support multi-year planning activities, including demand intake, prioritization, budgeting, and value realization tracking.
- Ensure technology outcomes deliver measurable business value, tracked through agreed KPIs/OKRs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making related to technology investments and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Technology, IT Business Partnering, or functional IT roles supporting Procurement and/or Finance.
- Hands-on experience delivering or supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering technology initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives within Procurement and Finance.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms supporting Procurement and Finance, such as:
- ERP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
- Procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, )
- Finance modules and reporting/analytics tools
- Demonstrated experience building, owning, and executing technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and product-centric operating models.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in regulated or highly controlled environments is a plus.
