In Schneider Electric, we are accelerating the digital transformation of our MESA plant - and we are looking for a Digital Engineer ready to make an impact.
You will join the Digital & Transformation Digital team, working sidebyside with Producción, Mantenimiento Productivo (GSC), Industrialización y Data (SAP) to bring smart, datadriven and AI-powered solutions to life.
This role is perfect for someone who loves technology, industrial environments and turning data into real operational improvements.
What will you do?
You will be a key player in our digitalization roadmap:

Deploy and scale SMART tools across the plant You will be responsible for implementing digital solutions that automate tasks, improve data capture and support decision-making on the production lines. You will ensure that these tools integrate properly into existing processes and will guide the teams during adoption.

Deploy key digital systems You will work with our MES system to capture real-time data, improve component traceability, and digitalize quality and operational activities. Your work will enable the plant to operate with greater visibility, control and efficiency.

Lead Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence projects You will participate in -and at times lead- advanced initiatives such as smart torque, computer vision, predictive analytics, AIdriven process optimization and intelligent automation. Your contribution will have a direct impact on the efficiency and modernization of the factory.

Collaborate with Production and Maintenance to improve processes You will be at the heart of operations, working closely with Production and Maintenance teams to identify improvement opportunities, digitalize manual activities, eliminate waste and accelerate problemsolving.

Analyze data and detect trends using digital tools and Artificial Intelligence You will transform data into actionable insights: studying patterns, identifying bottlenecks, anticipating failures and proposing improvement actions based on quantitative analysis.
Requirements

Fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Industrial Organization, Telecommunications, IT Engineering or similar.

Be able to start a 1-year program in June 2026.

Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Knowledge of SQL, Python, programming tools

Understanding of manufacturing processes and digital systems

No travel restrictions (Monday to Friday).

Proactive, Open-minded behavior, Autonomous, and good communication skills.
