Job description
- Carry out planned activities via a Change Management Process
- Monitor the system using Event Management tooling
- Respond to incidents via the Incident Process, including triaging and escalation
- Respond to escalations from 2nd Line support
- Conduct daily system checks
- Maintain and support the PKI solution, requiring travel to other sites several days a month
- Maintain and support backup and storage solutions, providing timely updates to the Operations Lead
- Carry out readiness assessments for new releases from the Engineering Team
- Produce and maintain documentation (e.g. Work Instructions, Patching Schedules)

Requirements
- DV Clearance required
- Experience with Storage Solutions (e.g. Dell Avamar & Data Domain)
- Knowledge of Public Key Technologies (e.g. Microsoft, Thales)
- Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure Storage and VMware cloud technologies
- Proficiency in ITSM Tooling & Processes
- Server Administration experience (e.g. Microsoft Windows Server)
- Experience with Event Management Tooling
- Basic use of VMware vCenter
