Lead Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants more than just an average dev job. You'll own features end-to-end, working closely with product owners, shaping architecture, and mentoring others while working with a modern, cloud-native stack. Great engineering is a team sport. Lead Software Engineer Responsibilities

• Own features from concept to production; collaborate and co-own product and design to shape solutions
• Translate product strategy into technical and architectural solutions
• Actively communication with stakeholders to support product roadmaps
• Build and scale modern web and mobile applications
• Lead engineers on this project and help grow a strong culture

• Full-stack development experience Python or Ruby on Rails + React/Next.js or React Native)
• Prior experience liaising with product teams and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and automated testing
• Ability to design and deliver complex features from scratch and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
