Senior UI/UX/Graphics Designer & Technical Writer

Job Description

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a graphics designing, user experience designing, interaction designer, or similar role
• Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
• Experience as a user graphic designing, content designing, communication design, power presentation etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions
• Translate complex technical detail into what different readers like technical, business, executive leadership
• Organise content so people can find and use it quickly: task-based flows, logical headings, consistent navigation
• Technical literacy and ability to build/maintain a taxonomy and naming conventions
• Maintain content health: ownership, review cadence, deprecation, and archiving
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines, keep scope tight and outcomes clear, come up with quick prototypes to unblock ideas, create MVP content, and work iteratively to refine and mature content
