Job description
System Administration & Improvement
- Supporting the Salesforce-NetSuite integration to ensure seamless data flow between systems
- Identifying opportunities and driving efficiencies in how the Sales teams interact with and utilise Salesforce day-to-day
- Organising and maintaining the Sales teams SharePoint folder structure to ensure documentation is accessible and well-managed
- Support the day-to-day administration of 2i's core enterprise systems, including Salesforce and NetSuite
- Assist with user access management, system configuration, and change documentation
- Help triage and resolve system issues, escalating where appropriate
- Contribute to testing, documentation, and change enablement activities
- Support the identification and implementation of system improvements
Systems & Data Architecture
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date documentation of 2i's systems landscape, integrations, and data flows
- Support the design and delivery of system integrations and data architecture improvements
- Help assess the impact of changes to platforms and data pipelines
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using 2i's data and analytics tools
- Perform analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support revenue, operational and strategic decisions
- Validate data and help ensure consistent definitions and standards are applied across reporting
- Provide ad hoc data and analytics support to internal stakeholders across the business
- Support the rollout and adoption of self-service reporting tools and dashboards
General
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Data Systems & MI team, and wider Operations and business functions
- Support the Data Systems & MI Manager in delivering the team's roadmap and priorities
- Maintain clear documentation of work completed and changes made

Requirements
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite
- Strong administrative and analytical skills, preferably in consultancy or multi-client environments.
- Familiarity with system integration concepts or tools
- Proficiency with data and reporting tools, for example, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical colleagues
