What you'll do * Build and ship full-stack features across our clinical decision support platform * Design and build data pipelines that transform healthcare data into actionable clinical insights * Work with Python on the backend and React/Next.js on the frontend * Write comprehensive tests - because in medical software, "it works on my machine" doesn't cut it * Collaborate directly with product and ML teams to understand real, You will build and ship full-stack features across the clinical decision support platform and design data pipelines that transform healthcare data into actionable clinical insights. Requirements
Python, React, Next.js, Data Pipelines, Testing, Collaboration, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, Healthcare Data, HL7, FHIR, problems and build real solutions * Help us define and improve our engineering practices as we scale Core Requirements * Strong backend (python) and frontend experience (React, Next.js) * You believe in testing as a first-class engineering practice, not an afterthought * Comfortable shipping production systems - you can point to things you've built that you're proud of * You communicate well and enjoy collaborating with people who aren't engineers * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience * Thoughtful and hands-on with modern AI-powered developer tools, using them to improve productivity while maintaining high standards for correctness, testing, and safety. Nice to Have * You can point to code, systems, or products you've contributed to that demonstrate strong engineering judgement - through open source, internal platforms, or shipped products * Experience with healthcare data, HL7/FHIR, or clinical systems * Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) or containerisation * Working knowledge of machine learning We don't expect candidates to tick every box.
