Middle DevOps (Remote, Asia Time Zone)

EMCD is a global crypto ecosystem with products in mining, payments, custody, and B2B infrastructure. We're looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to help build and evolve a reliable internal platform that improves delivery across development teams. This is a hands-on role with real impact on automation, infrastructure, and platform evolution. Responsibilities: Maintain and improve infrastructure across cloud and virtualized environments Automate provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Ansibl Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and delivery processe Build monitoring, logging, and alerting for production services Work with Docker and Kubernetes to improve scalability and operability Participate in incident response, postmortems, and reliability improvements Collaborate with developers to make services easier to deploy and support Requirements: 2+ years in DevOps / Infrastructure roles Strong Linux skills Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools Understanding of CI/CD principles; GitLab CI is a plus Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes knowledge Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing Experience with monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, or VictoriaMetrics Experience working with cloud environments Basic security knowledge: certificates, access control, secret handling Scripting skills in Bash or Python Technologies we use: Multi-cloud providers, bare metal Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible GitLab, GitLab CI Kubernetes (self-managed), Docker / Compose PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB Redis, etcd Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS Prometheus-Grafana stack, Consul Elasticsearch, Loki What we offer: Remote-first company - work from anywhere in the world Fully flexible working hours Extended time off: 20 paid vacation days + 12 bonus days per year 100% paid sick leave Paid English lessons (iTalki) Professional growth support (courses, certifications, training programs) Real impact and ownership in fintech & crypto projects Corporate benefits: EMCD product discounts and mining infrastructure access Responsibilities The DevOps engineer will maintain and improve infrastructure across cloud and virtualized environments while automating provisioning and configuration.
