We are further developing the digital workplace of the cantonal administration. In the area of collaboration & automation, we optimize digital cooperation, automate processes, and design modern workflows based on Microsoft 365. For this, we are looking for a Product Owner Microsoft Collaboration & Automation to start immediately or by agreement. Your area of responsibility

• You build up the product "Collaboration & Automation" and continuously develop it based on Microsoft 365
• You prioritize product goals and implement them responsibly
• You coordinate between specialist departments, IT partners, and suppliers
• You ensure clarity and structure in requirements, processes, and collaboration

• A degree or further education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Experience as a Product Owner or motivation to train for this role
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform)
• Interest in digital solutions, collaboration tools, and automation
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
