Team Leader - Software Development

• Lead and support a team of software engineers, enabling strong delivery and sustainable ways of working
• Support individual growth through coaching, timely feedback, regular 1:1s, and career development conversations
• Clarify priorities with the team and product owners, aligning the team's work with broader company and product goals
• Contribute to department-level planning and shared initiatives, including process development and continuous improvement of development workflows
• Ensure development and release practices remain lean, scalable, and effective while maintaining sustainable quality
• Drive clarity in ownership, decision-making, and collaboration across teams
• Ensure alignment with relevant software standards and compliance requirements (e.g. IEC 62443-4-1), where applicable
• Work closely with stakeholders across software, hardware, and research to deliver integrated solutions

• Experience leading a software development team in a product environment, with demonstrated experience scaling teams, processes, and ways of working
• Strong background in delivering and maintaining production software, with clear and lean release practices while maintaining sustainable quality
• Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices (e.g. CI/CD, testing, code quality, observability)
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional and multi-location environments
• Ability to create clarity, drive alignment, and make pragmatic decisions
• Strong communication skills and a structured approach to leadership
