• 4+ years* of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions (to production)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience leading projects or small technical teams
• Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English and German
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems
• Currently based in Europe, since relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role today

At ML6, you design, build, and deploy AI solutions that are used in production at companies like GS1, Regnology and FUNKE. YOUR IMPACT * You are more than an engineer. You are a Tech Lead, builder, and consultant in one. * Design and build end-to-end AI solutions * Take systems from idea to production deployment * Make architecture decisions and ensure scalability * Lead teams of engineers * Translate business challenges into technical solutions * Work with Python, ML frameworks, GenAI, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) * Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD * Lend your technical expertise to client conversations to succesful start new opportunities Time allocation: 70% client project work + 30% research, internal (domain) work and more.
