- Finance: Customer Master, Supplier Master, Employees, General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Account Receivables, Fixed Assets
- Supply Chain Management: Item Master, ATP, Purchase Orders
- Commercial: Customer Master, Pricing, Sales Orders, Returns, Delivery Notes
- Product Management, Procurement and Logistics: Item Master, BoMs, Supplier Master, Locators, On Hand Inventory, Blanket Purchase Agreements

This role manages the readiness of master and transactional data, governs data standards, designs functional data architecture and drives proactive data quality remediation across legacy systems, Edge applications and Oracle ERP. The Data Manager also takes responsibility for ensuring that migrated data is accurate, compliant, reconciled and aligned with both business and operational processes.
Other core duties for this role are:
- Defining migration scope, data objects, transformation rules, validation logic and reconciliation frameworks for master and transactional data
- Coordinating data extraction, cleansing, enrichment, transformation, and loading across legacy systems, Edge Applications, and Oracle ERP
- Driving mock loads, trial conversions, cutover planning, and pre-and-post-load variance and reconciliation analysis
- Governing the full data lifecycle across legacy systems, Edge Applications, Oracle ERP, and analytics platforms; ensuring lineage, traceability and impact analysis
- Establishing and enforcing master data governance frameworks, including standards, policies, stewardship roles, RACI and change control.
- Identifying, monitoring, and remediating data quality issues through profiling, root cause analysis, source-level quality gates and sustainable fixes
- Designing and reviewing functional data models, mappings, transformation logic, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL/ELT) pattern and integration flows for Oracle ERP and Edge applications
- Ensuring that migrated and operational data supports financial and operational processes and is compliant with GDPR, SOX and archiving requirements
Requirements
- 8-12+ years' experience in data management, master data management (MDM), data migration or data architecture within an ERP environment, ideally within a matrix organization
- In-depth experience of Oracle EBS (R12/Cloud) master and transactional data domains
- Prior hands-on leadership experience of multi-country European ERP rollouts is preferable
- Ability to work with and manage remote teams
- Proven track record in data migration execution, including extraction, cleansing, enrichment, transformation, loading, and reconciliation
- Strong experience coordinating data quality and cleansing across multiple systems and Edge applications acting as source and target
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with coaching skills and techniques is advantageous
- Availability and willingness to travel within Europe up to 30% of the time
- Fluency in both verbal and written English.
