Android Developer

Codertal is looking for experienced Android developers based in Spain to join our remote team of independent contractors. We partner with clients across Europe, offering diverse and exciting projects. • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, test, and fix bugs, improving application performance.
• Work with APIs and external data sources to integrate apps with server-side logic.

Proven experience with Android SDK, Kotlin, and Java.

• Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and common architectures like MVVM and MVP.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.

• Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles.

• Experience with Android testing frameworks and version control systems like Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. What We Offer:
