• 3+ years backend software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js
• Solid understanding of system design and backend architecture
• Experience with scalable and distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab)
• Experience with databases such as MySQL and/or MongoDB
• Focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability
