SC Cleared Network Engineer

An opportunity has arisen for a Security Cleared Network Engineer to join our leading telecoms client. This hands-on engineering role involves providing configuration, installation, and support to the network estate, requiring strong LAN/WAN, MPLS, and IP skills., * Act as onsite technical expert and SME for LAN/WAN/Wifi technologies, serving as the primary point of contact for customers.

• Participate in a 2nd/3rd Line Technical Support & Delivery team, focusing on complex technical delivery activities supporting specific areas of Customer Services.
• Ensure complex delivery in line with customer SLAs.
• Actively participate in customer governance cycles.
• Engage in accurate resource planning and forecasting.
• Manage complex incidents with a focus on technology and solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and escalated faults.
• Monitor and manage operational aspects of Voice/Data networks and associated systems.
• Provide 2nd line support to resolve user faults and implement changes on networks.
• Offer technical and fault management capabilities, providing 2nd/3rd line support to resolve network issues.

• Strong proficiency in network engineering.
• Expertise in LAN/WAN, MPLS, and IP technologies.
• Experience with Cisco systems.
• Knowledge of Palo Alto Firewall.
