Lead Software Engineer - React, C#

end skills in React/Typescript and C#, to join our Engineering team in the Customer Experience domain of our Consumer Services function. As a Lead Software Engineer you will improve the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of new product features, building high-quality user experiences. Reporting into the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead by example in engineering excellence, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet the needs of a diverse and growing digital ecosystem. Your role is pivotal in promoting a culture of engineering excellence across our web and mobile platforms. Design and implement software solutions aligned with architectural standards Lead code development for complex features and critical components Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers. Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices Maintain technical documentation for systems and processes Stay updated with new technologies and recommend adoption Qualifications Qualifications Experience in React, Typescript/Javascript and C#.
