  • Translate product strategy into technical and architectural solutions
  • Actively communicate with stakeholders supporting product owner regularly, with technical expertise.
  • Build and scale modern web and mobile applications
  • Own features from concept to production architecture, implementation, testing, and delivery
  • Raise the bar on code quality, testing, and engineering best practices
  • lead engineers through discovery and help grow a strong engineering culture

Requirements

  • Strong experience in fullstack development (Python or Ruby on Rails + React/Next.js or React Native)
  • Prior experience liaising with product teams and business stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and automated testing
  • Ability to design and deliver complex features from scratch and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
