Finance Systems Manager

SystemsAccountants are partnered with a fast growing technology business that are seeking a Finance Systems Manager to act as the bridge between Finance and IT. You will own the ERP roadmap, drive automation, and ensure financial systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance at the centre of everything you do., * Own and manage the Dynamics 365 F&O roadmap across all entities within the group, aligning it with business functional priorities and technical dependencies.

• Translate business requirements into user stories and requirements with subsequent acceptance criteria across modules including Project Reporting, FA, Expenses, OM.
• Act as the voice of the business within Finance, ensuring solutions meet operational and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and escalate system quality issues, working with technical teams to drive resolution.
• Lead change management and training to improve ERP adoption and reduce reliance on external support.
• Champion continuous improvement, agile best practices, and automation across finance processes.

Essential

• Hands on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O configuration, modules, and rollout experience.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MB-300 and MB-310 certifications, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Proven experience delivering ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Strong skills in Power BI, advanced Excel, and familiarity with SQL for troubleshooting.
