Job description

  • You lead technical development projects in the field of secure communication (military / governmental)
  • You work hands-on on the design, development, and validation of scalable network solutions
  • You take on the technical leadership in the team and set the direction - pragmatic, well-founded, and solution-oriented
  • You develop viable architectures and technical concepts together with system engineering
  • You turn complex architectural decisions into clear, actionable requirements
  • You bring structure to backlogs, prioritize sensibly, and ensure transparency
  • You recognize potentials, think systems forward, and actively drive innovation

Requirements

  • Deep know-how in network technology - ideally with CISCO experience

  • Experience with modern development approaches (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and tools like GitLab, Git, or Jenkins

  • A broad technical foundation and practical experience in:

  • Software development (Linux, C, C++, Client-Server)

  • Network technology (Routing, VPN, IPv6)

  • A completed degree in computer science or business informatics

  • Experience in requirements engineering

  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
