Job description
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM solution design and delivery for Program Phoenix, aligning warehouse execution processes with S/4HANA transformation objectives.
- Drive business process workshops and requirements translation, shaping current-to-future state designs across inbound, outbound, internal movements, and inventory management.
- Configure and own SAP EWM functional components, including warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processing, replenishment, physical inventory, RF framework, and handling unit management.
- Act as the techno-functional bridge between business and IT, partnering with architects and developers to design integrations, enhancements, and automation-ready warehouse solutions.
- Design and govern EWM integrations with MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, and external systems (e.g., automation, labeling, MES, peripherals) using standard SAP technologies.
- Lead EWM testing strategy and execution, including SIT, UAT, defect triage, and end-to-end scenario validation across cross-functional supply chain processes.
- Own data readiness and deployment activities, ensuring accurate migration and setup of warehouse products, storage bins, HUs, packaging specifications, and control parameters.
- Plan and execute cutover and go-live activities, including mock cutovers, reconciliation, go/no-go criteria, and business continuity planning.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and hypercare, resolving production issues, optimizing performance, and driving operational adoption.
- Ensure solution quality, compliance, and documentation, contributing to program governance, stakeholder communication, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Extended Warehouse Management Techno Functional Architect to lead enterprise-scale SAP supply chain, warehouse and logistics solutions. This is a high-visibility role requiring a proactive, decisive individual who can lead design discussions, challenge assumptions, and be highly vocal and influential in cross-functional forums. Experience in semiconductor or high-tech industries is strongly preferred., * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or similar.
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics.
- Strong expertise in SAP MM and SAP EWM.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, end-to-end SAP transformations.
- Deep understanding of Warehouse operations, Inbound logistics and receiving, Outbound shipping and logistics execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
