Job description
The Data & Operations Administrator plays a key cross-functional role, supporting both the Data and Operations teams to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and detailed responses to all queries. This role exists to bridge the gap between data management and client operations, helping deliver a seamless customer experience while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and operational efficiency., Customer & Operational Support
- Assist with arranging servicing and installations for customers
- Support Client Support Advisors in resolving customer queries efficiently
- Act as a point of contact for customer issues that require both operational and data insight
- Management of the telemetry hardware supply process
- Working with vehicle converters to establish supply requirements and ongoing support needs
- Maintenance of SLA and KPI objectives for key clients in relation to operational activity
Data Management & Reporting
- Handle data queries from customers and internal teams
- Perform data entry, validation, and ongoing data maintenance
- Produce regular reports to support business operations and decision-making
- Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy across systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with both Data Administrators and Client Support Advisors
- Act as a bridge between teams to resolve issues that span data and operations
- Contribute to improving processes that enhance customer experience and internal efficiency, This is a mid-level position suited to someone who enjoys both analytical and operational work. You'll need to be comfortable switching between detailed data tasks and customer-focused problem solving, often within the same day.
Requirements
Essential:
- 3+ years experience within a similar role
- Strong Excel skills (data handling, analysis, and reporting)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with working with end customers
- Working to tight timelines
Desirable:
- Previous experience in fleet or a related industry (not essential)
