Senior Manager - Solution Architecture

• Dynamically solutions using all Salesforce, nCino, and ancillary tools when configuring or extending nCino within small timeframes while articulating trade-offs
• Has extensive practical knowledge of ancillary technologies within FinServ ecosystem
• Provides thoroughly documented, high-performing, and scalable technical solutions taking in all factors of the organization
• Possesses multi-lingual development abilities
• Provides development and support of internal tooling in instances of interim solution requirements
• Controls quality of customizations and integrations with code reviews and hands on remediation
• Delivers hands-on technical release management solutions
• Has thorough understanding of technical and enterprise architecture, and the ability to fully supplement
• Provides multi-area SME
• Demonstrates the ability to remediate all technical issues
• Specializes in one area and deep understanding of multiple areas
• Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations by automating routine tasks to improve accuracy, save time, and minimize errors.
• Utilize AI-driven insights to refine decision-making, elevate customer experience, and boost team productivity while ensuring its application provides measurable value, driving innovation and smarter ways of working.
• Stay informed on AI advancements to drive continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.

• Typically requires bachelors degree and 10+ professional related experience/ proficiency, 3+ management; or 8+ years and a Master's / Advanced degree, 2+ years management; or equivalent work experience (as applicable).
• 10+ years Salesforce.com architecture experience
• Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications
• Experience with the analysis, definition and implementation Solution, Information, Technical, Application Architecture based solutions
• Knowledge/Experience of various data encryption methods
• Passion to deliver the high quality solution to banking customers with an all-in commitment to what we do
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven success as a coach and mentor of professionals and career-level managers

Desired:

• Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Experience with Informatica, Mulesoft & Kafka
• Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, SFX
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira
• Large FI experience, particularly with the Loan Origination/Servicing Systems, Enterprise Architecture framework
