Requirements

If you're curious, love solving problems, and want to use data science to improve how we support customers during their claims journey, this could be your next move., * Proven experience leading data science projects, from defining problems to deploying solutions including working with large and complex datasets

  • Strong grounding in statistical and machine-learning techniques, with experience applying them to real-world problems. Deep learning & GenAI would also be beneficial
  • Confidence coding in modern data science tooling using Python, and working with large volumes of data.
  • Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-specialists and work closely with operational teams and Senior Stakeholders
  • Experience leading, mentoring and developing data science teams
