Job description

They're now looking to bring in a mid-level Full Stack Developer who's ready to take real ownership of systems and play a key role in shaping their digital products.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of existing PHP / Laravel applications - updates, optimisation, and ongoing improvements

Developing new features and internal tools (with a strong focus on FilamentPHP)

Working across the full stack - MySQL, front-end UI (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Troubleshooting issues and implementing long-term, scalable fixes

Collaborating with non-technical teams and contributing to wider project delivery

Requirements

Essential:

Strong commercial experience with PHP (8+) and Laravel
Solid front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
Experience with MySQL (design & optimisation)
Comfortable using Git
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Nice to Have:

Experience with FilamentPHP
Exposure to the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Livewire)
Basic understanding of Linux / deployment / CI/CD processes
