Job description
- Developing an exceptional user experience for a rapidly growing, business-critical SaaS product using React, TypeScript, and the latest frontend tooling.
- Taking on some of the most complex and challenging items in the backlog-owning solutions end-to-end and delivering high-quality, well-tested code.
- Collaborating closely with your squad, designers, and other engineering teams to plan, shape, and implement technical and UX requirements.
- Participating in technical decision-making, influencing architecture, patterns, and frontend best practice.
- Taking responsibility for your output-writing clean, maintainable, accessible code that aligns with modern engineering standards.
- Pairing with and supporting junior engineers, helping them grow through coaching, code reviews, and shared problem-solving.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience building modern, responsive web applications with React, TypeScript, and the wider JavaScript ecosystem.
- Experience with RSC, Async and Serverless environments highly beneficial
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, browser fundamentals, and Web Accessibility.
- Strong experience with modern testing frameworks such as React Testing Library and Playwright.
- Comfort working in a cross-functional Agile squad, collaborating closely with designers and product colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to break down complex work into clear, deliverable chunks.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset-someone who cares about quality, performance, and delivering great user experiences.
