Job description
- Act as the Solution Architect for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment of business requirements with platform capabilities.
- Present architecture options and recommendations, balancing configuration vs. customization.
- Lead requirements grooming sessions with clients and translate business needs into solution designs and functional specifications.
- Design and oversee end to end solutioning across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, including integrations with external systems.
- Define and execute data migration plans from legacy systems into Salesforce, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong background in integration design, data migration strategies, and end to end solution architecture.
- Domain experience in manufacturing industry, with ability to translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Fluent in German (spoken and written) and able to work directly with local stakeholders in Germany.
