Job description

As an IT Compliance Manager you will ensure robust Quality and Compliance processes across the global IT organization, enabling Operational Excellence. The role designs, maintains, and continuously improves IT compliance frameworks in line with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and industry best practices. Acting as a trusted advisor, the position supports audits, drives compliance awareness, and adapts IT standards to emerging technologies and regulatory trends.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Drive Quality & Compliance activities within IT (GxP and non-GxP), including deviation, CAPA, and change management.
  • Coordinate internal, customer, and authority audits and inspections relevant to IT.
  • Foster a strong culture of quality and compliance across the global IT function.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate requirements.
  • Own, develop, and maintain global IT compliance processes, SOPs, and ITIL-related frameworks.
  • Support strategic IT initiatives through compliance guidance and training.
  • Develop and deliver IT compliance training programs.
  • Act as a key interface between IT and Quality & Compliance stakeholders globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and tools (e.g. Deviation & CAPA & Change Management, Data Integrity; Trackwise, Myservices etc.)
  • Experience with regulatory environments (GxP, GAMP, regulatory audits)
  • Understanding of IT standards (e.g. ITIL).
  • Broad knowledge of compliance, risk management, and process governance.
  • Ability to influence, build consensus, and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience working in a global environment.
  • Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.
