Data scientist

As a Data Scientist you'll work at the intersection of machine learning, organizational psychology, and leadership science. You'll collaborate closely to develop impactful solutions leveraging AI, NLP, and predictive analytics. Identify high-impact opportunities for ML/AI across internal tools and client-facing products - Design, test, and deploy advanced models (especially NLP and AI-based) to address nuanced leadership and organizational challenges - Collaborate cross-functionally to embed data-driven insights into products and services - Contribute thought leadership and subject-matter expertise across data science, leadership strategy, and analytics innovation - Stay current with advances in ML, AI, and behavioral science to guide best practices - Bring an entrepreneurial mind set to the table and define new AI opportunities within the business.
