Job description
We're now looking for an experienced Transformation Lead - Organisation Design & Development to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract, playing a critical role in shaping and landing the organisation changes that will enable our future strategy.
What you'll be doing
This role goes far beyond organisation charts. You'll be accountable for making new ways of working real - aligning structures, roles, decision rights, skills, leadership behaviours and culture so they genuinely support our strategic outcomes.
You'll:
- Translate strategic objectives, Target Operating Model (TOM) principles and senior leadership intent into clear, structured and deliverable transformation plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, costs and outcomes
- Work with Sponsors and senior stakeholders to shape and agree organisation design goals, success measures, benefits and delivery approaches
Establish and maintain robust delivery governance, including appropriate stage gates, artefacts, RAID management and reporting aligned to PCL standards

Create and maintain integrated delivery plans covering organisation design, transition, change, capability uplift and adoption activities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Business, Technology, Product, People, Change, Finance and Risk to ensure joined-up delivery

Lead complex organisation design and organisation development initiatives, either as stand-alone programmes or embedded within wider business and technology transformations

Design future-state organisational structures, roles, accountabilities and decision rights that support product-centric ways of working

Own end-to-end organisation transition planning, including interim states, phasing, dependencies and cutover

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, Product, People, Change, Finance and Risk

Ensure people, capability, leadership, culture and readiness impacts are fully assessed and actively managed

Requirements
We're looking for someone who can confidently operate in ambiguity and complexity, balancing strategic ambition with practical execution., * Proven experience leading complex people-led and organisation transformations, not just discrete projects
- Strong experience translating high-level strategy and TOM principles into executable organisation designs
- A solid grounding in organisation design, organisation development and transition frameworks
- Experience influencing and working with senior executives and ExCo-level sponsors
- Strong commercial and financial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting and benefits tracking
- Exceptional facilitation, structuring and stakeholder management skills
- The judgement to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Experience in financial services (credit, payments, insurance or similar) is desirable, as is a relevant transformation, programme or change qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, PMP).
