Job description

The role involves designing, developing and maintaining backend services built on AWS serverless architecture. You will work in a cloud-native environment with event-driven architectures and collaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners and DevOps engineers to deliver reliable and high-performing solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in Python and cloud-native development to join a modern development team working with scalable cloud-based backend systems., * Strong experience in Python backend development

Experience building scalable backend systems in cloud environments
Solid experience working with AWS Serverless technologies, including:

AWS Lambda
AWS Step Functions
AWS API Gateway

Experience working with event-driven architectures
Hands-on experience with AWS databases and storage services
Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL
Experience using Git for version control
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI/CD
Understanding of modern cloud-native development practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Fluent in English, spoken and written
