Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead customer retention across Amazon Music tiers and content types. In this role, you will lead cross-organizational initiatives across our ad-supported Free tier, Prime and our Unlimited tiers in addition to spoken word experiences covering Podcasts and Audiobooks. You'll work across Amazon Music and external organizations to launch large-scale and high impact product improvements for our customer base. In this role, you will influence internal and external cross-functional stakeholders, design technical solutions, and lead end-to-end execution of these customer-facing projects ensuring that we continuously raise the bar for our customers and deliver on our ambitious roadmaps across Alexa experiences and also visual clients across mobile and web.
About the team
Our team is focused on improving the customer experience for Free, Prime and Unlimited listeners to drive retention and growth for Amazon Music overall. We also own the podcast and audiobooks customer experiences across all tiers. We build systems that are distributed on a large scale, spanning our music apps, web player, and voice-forward audio engagement on mobile and Amazon Echo devices. Amazon Music offerings are available in countries around the world, and our applications support our mission of delivering music to customers in new and exciting ways that enhance their day-to-day lives., Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Requirements
5+ years of technical product or program management experience

3+ years of software development experience

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design

Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
