Job description

  • Deploy and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux/SE Linux configurations using Red Hat Satellite and Ansible automation\r
  • Troubleshoot automation and deployment issues working directly with site administration teams\r
  • Install and configure software libraries in RHEL/SE Linux environments supporting DC-MLS® Enterprise deployments\r
  • Monitor and modify DC-MLS® Enterprise systems in agile, high-flexibility environments\r
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to integrate manual processes into automated deployment workflows\r
  • Apply DevOps engineering best practices to deliver projects on time with exceptional quality\r
  • Provide technical support to staff and end users for DC-MLS® Enterprise related issues\r
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for filesystem upgrades\r
  • Create and modify DevOps processes to enhance deployment capabilities and resolve issues\r

Requirements

  • 5+ years combined experience in Linux administration, scripting/software development, and configuration management\r
  • Expert proficiency in Python, Perl, Korn, Bourne/Bash, and Ansible scripting\r
  • Hands-on experience with revision control systems (CVS, SVN, Git, GitLab, GitLab CI)\r
  • Proven track record managing and developing DevOps deployment automation processes\r
  • Security+ Certification (current and valid)\r
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance\r

  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle including requirements, design, coding, documentation, and testing\r
  • Ability to analyze, debug, and maintain existing DevOps infrastructure\r
  • SE Linux configuration and policy experience\r
  • Red Hat Satellite administration experience\r
  • Lustre, NFS, and distributed filesystem experience\r
  • Ethernet networking and RDMA communications (InfiniBand/OmniPath)\r
  • High-speed fabric experience (InfiniBand, Omni-Path) including subnet management and MPI integration\r
  • Identity management systems experience (LDAP, token-based authentication)\r
  • Business development and customer relationship experience\r
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\r
