Job description
The Data Conversion Systems Analyst will support data conversion solutions for our client by improving conversion processes and serving as the liaison to on-shore and off-shore developers. The role focuses on mapping inbound external records to internal specifications, contributing technical details to conversion strategy, and ensuring accurate data loading. The position supports multiple concurrent projects within retirement and defined contribution domains and collaborates closely with business-facing teams and engineering partners., * Serve as primary advocate and liaison for on-shore and off-shore developers during the conversion process.
- Receive inbound data records and create technical conversion specifications to map external records to internal specifications.
- Contribute technical details to the conversion strategy document to augment business requirements.
- Mentor and support accurate creation and loading of data to internal systems and provide systems support to the project team.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently and contribute to timely and on-budget goals.
- Support conversions of retirement, 401(k), and defined contribution funds and participants to the organization's platform.
Requirements

- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, 401(k), Defined Contribution, Mixed Election, or Retirement funds.
- Solid grasp of the investment industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access.
- Experience with data transmission protocols such as SFTP and TSO (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business-facing teams and distributed developer groups.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
