Job description
- Provide guidance to stakeholders in the feature prioritization and development of acceptance criteria for JIRA stories in alignment with scope for a quarter or release
- Maintain an awareness of initiatives across the portfolio to identify synergies and opportunities
- Conduct thorough analysis of integration/business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Assess and evaluate existing solutions to determine their compatibility with new or evolving business needs
- Partner closely with ERP, CRM, and specialized application owners to source data from authoritative system-of-record platforms
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the proposed solutions are technically feasible and sustainable
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that inform decision-making
- Collaborate on solution designs to ensure requirement alignment and implementation of effective data mapping and integrations
- Create and maintain detailed Agile-oriented artifacts for proposed solutions, including functional and non-functional specifications, system flows, and data models throughout the development lifecycle
- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, QA, UX, and architecture and delivery managers, to communicate and clarify requirements
- Define acceptance criteria and work with QA teams to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements and are free of defects
- Participate in testing processes to validate the functionality and performance of solutions
About the Team
You'll be joining a collaborative and innovative IT Services organization focused on modernizing and scaling enterprise systems through intelligent integrations and microservices. The team includes three existing architects located in Ann Arbor and Philadelphia, and works closely with internal development teams across India, Belgrade, and the US. You'll be partnering with a wide range of stakeholders including developers, designers, and product owners to bring cutting-edge integration capabilities to life.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Analyst role or similar work experience
