The Program Analyst will support the development and execution of various efforts within Strategic Systems Programs' Chief Deterrence Technology Office. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting program analysis and strategic planning for various topics and programs with a focus on program protection planning for current and future systems. The Analyst will gather and disseminate information, facilitate client engagements, develop and maintain planning tools, prepare reports and presentations, and present results to stakeholders throughout the client organization. The Analyst will participate in regular on-site client engagements at the Washington Navy Yard.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
U.S. Citizen with current SECRET DoD Clearance.
DoD program or project management experience or 3+ years of experience with any of the following: DoD Program Protection Planning or major acquisition programs.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute workload to meet requirements and deadlines across multiple projects.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Submarines and/or the Trident II (D5) Strategic Weapons System.
Experience with the defense acquisition system, budget and financial management, technical program planning, and risk management.
Current DoD TOP SECRET clearance.
