Job description
Build, scale, and govern the AI design system Define and evolve system-level patterns, components, and guidelines for AI interactions and behaviors. Establish shared rules and conventions so AI capabilities behave in predictable, understandable ways across workflows, teams, and use cases. Partner with design and product leads on governance and ongoing iteration, and drive system adoption through clear documentation and usage guidance.
Strengthen and multiply the design team Play a central role within a multidisciplinary team spanning UX, Content and Visual design. Help set direction and shared expectations for system-led design work in a fast-changing AI landscape - maintaining high craft, cohesion, and quality across all outputs.
Design AI-enabled experiences Develop shared interaction models for generative and assistive capabilities. Ensure AI features integrate cleanly into existing tools and workflows, with human-in-the-remove remo patterns embedded as a core system principle - not an afterthought.
Champion Responsible AI, Trust, and Accessibility Embed responsible AI principles - ethics, transparency, and accessibility - into our systems from the ground up. Design thoughtful guardrails to reduce bias, misuse, and over-automation. Advocate for clarity, comprehension, and cognitive ease across all AI experiences.
