Java Springboot Developer

Infosys is seeking a Java Springboot Developer acts as a trusted analytical and technical "hands-on" development leader that provides technical guidance to scrum team members including developers and quality engineers. In this role you will be accountable for seamless integration of the global delivery management teams through frequent communication of priorities, updates in direction and status to ensure overall team alignment. This role also is the first line of adherence to software engineering best practices and to resolve blockers and other technically related problems the team may be struggling with.

• Candidate must be located within driving distance of Hartford, CT or Raleigh, NC and willing to relocate to these locations.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in Java application development.
• At least 2 years of Spring boot development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Analytical skills to identify root cause and come up with solutions/alternatives.
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Participate in project review meetings with the client and provide regular updates to offshore.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Healthcare Industry is preferred.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment., The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
