Senior Data Scientist

Come join the Mailchimp Paid Media Marketing Data Science team as a Senior Data Scientist. You will be joining a team that is responsible for driving marketing decisions through data-backed insights, bringing in new customers via paid marketing channels. As a paid media marketing data scientist, you will drive a deeper understanding of marketing campaign performance, help identify areas of opportunity within marketing channels, and inform marketing strategy through advanced analytics and data science tools., + Build and execute marketing measurement and learning plans for Mailchimp paid media campaigns and growth initiatives

• 4+ years of experience delivering data and analytics solutions and roadmaps for marketing organizations

• Fundamental understanding of SAAS-based product marketing strategy, corporate strategy, corporate finance

• Domain knowledge of paid media channels, media data, and marketing technology stacks strongly preferred

• Experience with incremental marketing measurement models, experimentation, and causal inference with paid media applications

• Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or business/economics
