Our Specialist Account Executive sales team is a group of passionate experts dedicated to transforming how organizations manage their most critical asset: their data. We are obsessed with the intersection of AI and Master Data Management (MDM), leveraging intelligent automation to clean, consolidate, and govern data at scale. In the world of Regulated Industries (Healthcare & Life Sciences and Financial Services), we understand that data is the foundation of regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Achieve a dedicated quota for MDM products by identifying and closing complex opportunities.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor, bridging technical MDM principles with the strategic business goals of C-suite executives.
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of MDM solutions for Healthcare/Life Sciences data domains (e.g., patient, provider, clinical, product) or Financial Services data domains (e.g., customer, policy, claims, accounts, transactions).
- Collaborate with IT, data governance, clinical, compliance, and risk teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and strict adherence to regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, SOX, GDPR, Basel III, and insurance-specific standards).
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, technical MDM solutions that support analytics, reporting, and operational needs.
- Develop MDM best practices and deliver high-impact presentations to senior leadership demonstrating the strategic benefits and ROI of MDM initiatives.
- Thrive in a collaborative, value-driven environment, sharing best practices and contributing to a high-energy sales culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management sales and implementation within regulated industry- Healthcare/Life Sciences or Financial Services environments.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific data standards, structures, and regulatory landscapes (including HIPAA, FDA, SOX, GDPR, and Basel III).
- Experience leading MDM platforms and technologies (e.g., Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere, Talend, Verato, etc.).
- Proven ability to engage senior executives and work collaboratively in dynamic, cross-functional team environments to achieve targets consistently.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $123,200 - $214,400 annually There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC
